customer satisfaction. If you receive a product that
is not suited to your application, or not presented
according to your expectations, we will direct you how to

SHIPPING PROTECTION POLICY
It is your responsibility to protect
yourself from accepting merchandise damaged in shipment.
Before signing the delivery receipt, you have both the right
and responsibility to do the following:

for holes, tears, and other indications of rough
handling or damage.
• Fully remove merchandise from
cartons and visually inspect it for any damage, NO
MATTER HOW MINOR. Pay particular attention to any areas
that correspond to damage appearing on the carton or
