We
all know that coil stock must be supported between the
feeder and the die so it doesn’t buckle. But most of us
are still using whatever is lying around the shop to support
the stock. The Coil Bridge Conveyor is fully adjustable to
the right pass-line height and length to match any set-up
and stores in the press window when not in use as seen to
your right!

Coil Bridge Conveyor Features
Continuous stock support from feeder
to die on hundreds of skate wheels prevents sagging

Heavy duty steel or No-Mar plastic
skate wheels provide frictionless feeding.
Rigid Accordion bridge provides fast
setup for any size die and stores away quickly in
press window when not in use.
Adjustable pass-line height via hand
crank to provide perfect alignment to die entry.
Simple self-contained device that
does not require any external power or air pressure.
Bolster Skid plate slides easily into
position without catching on T slots.
Reduces coil change time and makes
threading die easier.
Pivoting brackets mount easily to
feeder and allow feeder height to be adjusted
independently.
Rigid end plate protects CBC from
damage due to stock bending during stroke.
Open design allows lubrication
through the CBC..
